(we have central air-con upstairs, avoid wasting in publice area carelessly , we can set a seperate meter then upstaire 3 people can share bills. but they haven’t needed it so far. )

Housemate at moment is 1 Aussie middle-age work gentalmen( long stay) ,He is very  clean ,pretty quiet and easy going,  pay rent on time ,no party, no trouble makers at all.  and a British  young man, he is a professinal, clean and friendly.  A kiwi youngman is living downstairs room. he is a tradie.
